I decided to use my Starbucks planner as a journal. I already use my phone calendar connected to Google to keep up with appointments. So I thought a journal was a nice way to record thoughts from those appointments and meetings.
It's fun to write things down physically. My middle school days writing in a journal with a pen seems like such a foreign practice nowadays. I even wrote quite a bit in college. I haven't written in 2 or 3 years regularly.
I'm glad to start this. Yesterday on my day off I spent the whole time on the computer. Today I wrote and colored on a Thank You card and started the journal.
What a fun day! Still have 6 more hours to go! SO much I can cover for the rest of the day. Trying to keep myself distracted so I'm not going berzerk over the results of a job application. I really really hope they tell us today.
Side thought: this laptop, excuse me, notebook (Korean way to say it), is getting the M key stuck so it's slower to type. Reminding me that I'd like a Macbook Air. Been waiting for over a year or more to get one...just no real good reason to get one. But if I am a student perhaps it will be more handy to have a portable, wifi accessible computer. Jjang!
