Emergency drill at school...for some reason whenever the office uses the intercom they have the radio or TV blaring through it. Soooooo annoying. But the kids outside don't have class for 20 minutes. My ears are bleeding from the loud breaking up nonsense from the broadcast....

It's customary

A former teacher for elective courses shared her cake with us.

Most likely a gift from a parent.  Gifts are acceptable here but not as fancy as they were in the past to prevent grade bribing.

After  tedious work on excel for a solid hour and flipping through multiple phonics books to purchase my brain enjoys some entertaining ice.

Bug Entertainment for an Exhausting Day

Favorite part of my day...last 5 min of last class a bug was on a 5th grade student. He flipped out and it landed on his book. All the kids freaked out. The one student who's always talking was the brave one to take the book to the window all calm and suave and released it from the room of chaos. So awesome b/c the first kid was still brushing himself off from the shock of a bug having been on him...eventually resorting to just cleaning his glasses with a cloth.

Syncing

Yes! I finally figured out how to sync my google tasks with a calendar app! So stoked.

Girl time

Hanging with my girl, Wally. We got our hairs did. I got a curling iron and we got ready for a party. Girl time is so awesome.

Double dates and catching ups

After kamjatang some old friends and we went to a quiet dessert. In Preppi at Gangnam, Seoul.

Smart phone

Haven't even used 1 GB of my 6 GB data plan with 9 days left of service. Looks like I can watch a lot more videos than I thought on my 4g network. Booyah
