Sometimes 2nd graders can be really cute.  It's amazing what you think they will like and what they will be bored with compared with what they actually pay attention to and like...........at least the "Today is Monday" song and story worked today.

Wow

So I found the subway car that has everyone getting off at the same station so I have plenty of seats to choose from. I just have to make it in the car at the stop before...if I do it's sardine ville. And if I get in too soon then I'd be dragged with the crowd out of the station they all get off...interesting find. Not sure if I want to deal with the chaos every morning. Maybe I'll stick with the less crowded and stand a little longer.

Being an adult

Replaced an old filling today...sigh. But that's better than having a toothache when I drink cold things.
