Are after 6 am Monday workouts. Especially when it's a workout you almost skipped out on for an extra 2 hours of sleep. And I made good use of Arnold's quote today (just tried to verify on Google, guess it's just from a movie)...if you don't feel like throwing up after a workout you didn't work hard enough. So I must have done it right. When the trainer grabbed sit up mats I thought I was going to die...thankfully it was just partner stretching.
